Last Date to Submit Objections

Eligibility Criteria for PM Laptop Scheme 2025

The scheme targets students enrolled in public sector universities or HEC-recognized degree-awarding institutions. The eligible programs include:

  • PhD, MPhil/MS (18 years of education)

  • 1.5 or 2-year Master’s Programs

  • 4 or 5-year Bachelor Programs

Academic performance is key — students must have at least 70% marks or a 2.80 CGPA (semester system), or 60% marks (annual system) to qualify.

However, some students are not eligible, including those from private universities, repeat applicants who have already received laptops in previous schemes, and foreign nationals (except AJK).
