BISP June 2025 Payment Update: Rejected Payments to Be Reissued Without Re-Registration

If you or someone in your family didn’t receive the Rs. 13,500 BISP payment earlier, there’s finally some relief. The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has announced that all rejected or failed payments from previous phases are now being reissued during the June 2025 phase. This is especially for women whose payments were held back due to technical issues—like fingerprint mismatch, SIM problems, or blocked accounts.

Thousands of women who were previously eligible but couldn’t collect their money are now getting another chance. If your payment was delayed or returned for any reason, there’s no need to panic—you don’t need to reapply. Your data is already updated in the BISP system, and the payment is being processed again automatically.

Who Will Receive the Reissued Payment in June 2025?

Not every applicant needs to re-register. If you were already approved but faced a delay due to system errors, you’re likely in the reissuance list. BISP has clearly mentioned that this re-disbursement will be made to the following groups:

  • Women who couldn’t pass the biometric verification process.

  • Individuals whose bank accounts were inactive, blocked, or expired.

  • Women who had server issues or ATM problems during their last visit.

  • People whose CNIC or SIM card details didn’t match.

  • Applicants who were eligible but returned from campsites without receiving funds.

All these beneficiaries will now receive their Rs. 13,500 payment directly without any need to reapply. BISP has updated their system and verified these cases, making the process much smoother and faster this time.

Why Payments Were Returned Before: Key Issues

Many applicants showed up at the BISP camps or ATMs, only to return home empty-handed. But why did this happen? Here are some of the major reasons why thousands of payments were previously marked as “returned to source”:

  • Fingerprint mismatches during biometric verification.

  • Inactive or unverified bank accounts.

  • SIM cards not registered under the applicant’s CNIC.

  • Server failure or slow systems at collection points.

  • Incorrect or incomplete data in the BISP database.

But the good news is, none of this was your fault. BISP has now identified these problems and taken steps to correct them. All affected payments are being scheduled for reissue during this current payment cycle in June 2025.

How to Check If Your Payment Is Approved

Wondering whether your payment is included in this reissued batch? Don’t worry—it’s easy to check. You can confirm your status in a few simple ways:

  1. Send Your CNIC to 8171: Just type your 13-digit ID number and send it to 8171. You’ll get an SMS reply with your eligibility status.

  2. Use the 8171 Web Portal:

اپنے گھرانے کی اہلیت کے بارے میں جانیے

    Captcha

  3. Visit Your Local BISP Office: If you prefer, go directly to a BISP Tehsil office and ask the staff to check your payment for you.

These are official and safe methods. You don’t need any middleman or agent to check your status. And remember—never pay anyone to “help” you with your BISP application or payment. It’s your right, and the process is free.

Where and How to Collect Your BISP Payment

Once your payment is confirmed, you can collect it from these official channels:

  • BISP Campsites: These are set up in all districts with full biometric verification.

  • HBL ATMs: Available in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.

  • Bank Alfalah Agents: Operational in KP, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

To ensure smooth collection, carry your original CNIC, ensure your SIM is registered under your name, and make sure your fingerprints are clear (not injured or smudged). If you’ve had issues with your fingerprints before, visit your nearest NADRA office to update your biometric data.
